demm.... nice. but what body kit is that.really hggggggg. thinking about installing bodykit but price is quite high

some body kit ayam found on mudah

STORM bodykit

SPORTIVO bodykit
ayam tak biasa bawak auto. end up climbing genting like lori. even lorry gelak bila lalu.... anyhow yang penting selamat sampai dan selamat balik  cool2.gif
that from dealer and not proton. i already ask during last visit to COSE regarding absorber issue. the sales team mention that. if not better you email proton care for more enquiry
maybe people buy old saga plus more since it cheaper compare to new VVT

Fuyooo...cantik o kalau install bodykit...hngghhh drool.gif

I vote for Persona cuz' more powaaaa haha & all variants have stability control & stronger HPF frame. But for looks, Saga in my opinion. I love Saga vvt design compare to Persona vvt.

Fuel consumption update!

Highway 95% city 5%. From KL to Johor & back to KL.

Total distance traveled: 787 KM

Fuel used ~55.792 L (RON 95 Petron)

Thus, fuel consumption @ 14.1 km/liter  rclxms.gif

Quite impressive as most of the time my speed was 130km/h ~ 160km/h.
I have to say this. Saga on highway at that speed. Still have confidence in control  nod.gif . Can say its very stable (I using 195/50 r15 tires though)!! Steering dont have to hold so tight also! MANNNNTAAAAPPPPP!!!!  thumbup.gif

Fuhhhh nice. Saga FLX & Saga VVT are really good for long distant driving. Hydraulic power steering is awesome imo, well, for long distance driving anyway. Still, can't wait for the GDI engine from Proton. Let's see if the GDI engine can pull 20 km\ liter range lol.

Hi, guys. New owner of Saga CVT Standard Auto.

When I step on the pedal lightly, the car only start to accelerate/move after 2-3 seconds. I can hear the engine revving sound once I step on the pedal. Is this normal?

Thanks in advance
*
Yup its normal. When moving from a stop position, don't immediately press the gas pedal after releasing the brake. Instead, release the brake, then wait for 1-2 second, then press the gas pedal gently. You'll notice that your car will accelerate much faster and less jerking than pressing the gas pedal immediately.

Oh and here a couple of tips when owning and driving a CVT auto from Proton.
1. Make sure you replace the battery every 2 years because it can only use dry battery. Dry battery can't be charged. If you put wet battery on your Saga VVT CVT, it'll surge the electronic component inside the gear. Use only wet battery when you drive manual Saga VVT.

2. Always listen to your fuel pump. If you fuel pump sounds like "ZZZZZZZZZZ" when starting up, its ok. But, if it start to sound like "GRRRRRRRR, deep low whine" you immediately go to SC and replace it with the new one. Fuel pump cost about RM480 or more. My Saga FLX fuel pump died after 3.3 year of usage.

Still driving Saga FLX CVT. My Saga FLX is still good after 3.5 years of usage. Saga FLX is really a durable car.

Thank you very much for the clarification. Look like I'm going to take sometime to used to it.

Hehe, np man. Saga VVT & FLX is really good car to drive and stable for long distance. The suspension shock absorption (stiff but still good) and speaker sound quality is way better than Axia & Myvi lol.

Thanks for the info.

My previous ride is old saga 1.5s manual. It has a very responsive gas action which is think similar to ur previous ride too. So ur feedback is much valuable.

I still contemplating to get a used manual inspira or new manual saga. Still researching tongue.gif
*
Wuttttt...If I were you and have money to buy used Inspira, I choose Inspira instead lol. Inspira manual 1.8L have 140hp at 6000rpm/177nm torque at 4250rpm against Saga VVT puny 1.3L engine producing 94hp at 5750rpm/120nm torque at 4000rpm Haha. Well, Inspira road tax is expensive than the Saga VVT and I don't know Inspira maintenance cost and its parts availability. hmm.gif

Thanks for the compliment! It is my very first car and I love it! For its price and good manual transmission, it is fun to drive.

Ya, manual Saga flx, Saga vvt manual, persona vvt manual, preve manual & iriz manual use transmission brand called Getrag. Its a german technology. So, your Saga vvt use german manual transmission technology haha.

If SC have alignment, then do at SC. If not, outside will do. Compare prices first before you decide if you want to do at SC or outside. If price don't have problem with you, either at SC or outside.
