I was at similar situation. Once I bought the SSD, never looked back. Putting OS on SSD significantly improves your PC experience.

Thats up to you. Disk space will be an issue. I got only one game on my 256GB SSD.

Oh that, depends on games. SSD loads shitload of small files significantly faster than HDD.
Yes if download sets to your SSD. Download is writing data.

Write gives SSD wear and tear. Read doesn't.

for certain games, yes they do improve that

before, i used to dump Witcher 3 onto HDD due to space constraints, then i realised world loading was too darn long (almost 2-3 min per load, almost 5 per death) and then when i loaded to places with heavy details i get stuff like missing buildings

That's render distance. Some games can set the range for render distance, most cannot. SSD don't usually affect during gameplay, but rather while game is loading.

Haha, pop up issues is normal with games. Maybe try putting that on Ultra and reduce other settings and see if it can hit 60 fps.

Is there really a difference between high and ultra settings? I'm also playing on high settings just to squeeze more frames and in my opinion, the difference are very minimal to none. What are your thoughts?

Is it normal for a graphic card start PC without gaming temp around 60'c sometimes jump to 70'c without any gaming just idle ?
fan rpm is 1300.Sometimes it also jump to 73'c 1500rpm without gaming but watcinhg youtube 480p.

I got min 44fps with i5 4690 16gb 1866 ddr3 on dirt 4 Lol. Turn shader option to high and i can play with vsync on

Not gonna continue play though, I downloaded 'ehem' version just to test it, my 1st 'ehem' game for last 2 3 years. Now either get GTX1080 ( if can find cheap ) or wait GTX 2080
