I have 3 Hisense TV`s , all bought from Lazada . One 50 Inch and two 40 inches . All around 2 years old plus , so far no issues , maybe the unit you bought is faulty .

HiSense is Cap Ayam brand.

Nowadays when you ask the electrical shop, they all say no need to post out warranty card (eventhough warranty card said so), just keep the official receipt with the warranty is good enough.

LG is pretty good.

Speaking of Chinese brand, why buy Hisense instead of Haier?

damn. baru je nk angkat brand hisense. BOleh dapat 40" untuk rm 800 ngan 50" untuk rm 1200. wuth delivery depan rumah....

If you read the posts, one of them Sanyo TV rosak, but also complain here in Hisense thread.

ive owned early model LCD Samsung - rosak after exactly one year. Early Samsung sucked! Not sure about the later models.

used a few models of LED hisense....only the 50" rosak after warranty ends. Repair kena tukar the T-con board or smthing. Luckily the other sets have been a good workhouse for more than 2+ years. But the prices were very cheap...so worthy of the cheap investments.

Got a Haier, cheap brand also... more than 4 years still good.

so yeah...sometimes it's not the brand, but most of the time u get what u pay for. And depdnds on your luck also. If expensive branded rosak after warranty ends, more sakit hati ooo to repair haha ...coz parts prices wont be cheap.

If wanna buy any tv brands nowadays, always go for extended warranty,2 ,3 years the most - coz they dont make TVs to last long like the old CRT days....

Dapat claim ke?

Guys, my TV got explode today. hisense 50 inch. bought in november 2016 from TESCO TAIPING. how to do claim? just send it to TESCO TAIPING? my case is similar to TS, didn't send warranty because the TESCO technician said no need.
