 TV LED 50" Hisense ROSAK !, tolong aku

Guys, aku bli LED TV Hisense 50" kat gemfive 5 bulan lepas (ogos 2016) warranty 2 tahun, tp aku lupa nak hantar warranty kad, bukak balik tngk warranty kad tu 7 hari kena hantar lepas tarikh beli, tak tahu ah boleh hantar lagi ke tidak.

and problemnya adalah, aku nak bukak tv tapi tak hidup plak, button standby merah yang biasa tu dah tak menyala. aku rasa mungkin fused terbakar, aku tukar dan plug balik pun tak hidup TV nih. plug ada power aku dah test semua slot. tv tetap xleh bukak.

ada suggestion atau camne aku nak buat ekk? warranty ada 2 tahun tp kad tak submit plak. Customer Service diorang sangatlah klakar, talian bebas tol pun terminate. aduyai...

takpe, proof of posting is not proof of receipt. so kata dah hantar kalo dorang tanya. yang penting mesti ada resit.

i never send my warranty card

so far have no problem claiming warranty

Just bought TV already rosak kah bangwall.gif

Btw no worries on warranty card.. Just show receipt should be fine.. Diaorg tak tengok pun... For show only laugh.gif

Tak perlu submit, just show receipt cukup...

Tapi cuma 5 bulan....Hisense patut tukar nama kepada Haiseh....

nk tanya kes tv hisense abg yg rosak tu dh setel ke?
saya pun ada masalah mcm abg ni..tapi saya x try call Hisense Centre lg..
warranty masih ada lg..belum 1thn lg.

Hmm TV ini brand baru kat Malaysia..
Harga mmg okay, tapi after service sucks...
Kalau macam ini diaorg punya quality & service, lama lama tak ada orang akan beli...

tv saya baru rosak semalam..syak fuse terbakar sebab bunyi letup and bau hangit.
