if it is, then i don't see either with my current monitor
but my games sometimes got latency due to fps drops
like dota2, i experience suddenly fps drops when i either use a skill or move my camera angle to view the map
That sudden fps drop mostly due to your internet connection. You cannot do anything about it if you're already using wired network.is this ghosting?
