I just Received News that a 4 Stars hotel is coming to Sri Hartamas, Location is near to Sri Hartamas Shopping, i was informed that the suits will be available for sales that will provide potentially Good return for investment.

Anyone hear of anything?. I'm planning to check out the place tonight... can meet me for yum cha as well.

any idea which part of Sri Hartamas, in fact I have tried to look surrounding but didnt see any development going on. Looking for investment in MK area, but the price seems high for me. Probably Sri Hartamas is another option for me.

I heard the developer is putting in Dorsett Hotel into the building. if dorsett is running the show.. then i think it worth to take a look.
Dorsett hotel business is quite good....i wonder how much the return will be if dorsett is managing it .

woohoo...i just being invited for private preview yesterday night. fully furnished unit, come with 1 car park, the price is affordable. I am considering to book 2 for investment purpose. since the dorsett name is confirmed.
