Tumpang. Have the same question but mortgage for own stay. Should pay more for the loan or save in ASNB first?

Successfully open ASN 2020 yesterday at RHB Bank.
Sadly fool by the banker claimed that i can purchase other fund eg: 1malaysia via myASBN online.

hi everybody, I went to Ambank earlier to open an account.  I asked for ASW, ASM and AS1M.  However only AS1M has unit left for me to buy it.  I asked the lady, she said we're unable to topup our account, must do it at the counter? If can topup online, can teach me how to do it?

anyone have done re-mortgage/re-finance to invest in Amanah Saham?

since there is spread of 2% between mortgage interest and amanah saham dividend...

furthermore mortage is reducing balance interest, while amanah saham is compounding interest..so the spread will increase over the year..

just came to mind this idea..please share your experience if anyone have done this..tq
