Seremban is crowded with grab driver... 1hour plus only 1 short ride... Wasting time...
this is true...once i had to wait 3 solid hours to get a trip...it would be pure luck if i can a trip within an hour of waiting...
actually unlike uber ...grab does not practice queue system when it comes to trip allocation...
for grab the nearest driver to the rider or the driver who is coming to drop off will get the ping..
in uber the driver who is coming to drop off or secondly the one who entered the area first or only lastly the nearest one will get the ping if the other 2 are not available or reject the ping
so in uber it doesnt really matter where you are positioned while waiting...the rider can even stand next to you and request a ride but you may not get it
in grab it all matters where you are positioned...the nearest to the ktm or the bus station or mall will first get the ping even if he just came to that place and there are 10 more drivers waiting 2 hours nearby there
