U can find some customer that need to go working at KL everyday, if u can get 3 ppls like this, then go to KL and back to seremban sure can cover.

U do a proper survey how much the transport fee and parking fee they need to pay if they drive their own car,

so if they ride your car, they can save a lot energy, time, and money.

Many of my friends ask me about this.
Are you looking to be a part time uber or grab?
Which one will be the best for you. Can anyone give an opinion
*
It depends..
uber earns alot when it comes to traffic jem(its bases on km&minutes)..
Grab has guarantee hourly for the drivers..and grab can see where are the riders going to..
Im a full time grab in kota kinabalu

kuching situation:

uber: a lot of far away pings mostly (10-15mins). then destination dekat2 je.. doh.gif (common situation)

grab: on a good day, even can hit 5 pings per hour. sometimes non stop until wanna go out from car to pee also tak sempat. on average is 1-2 pings per hour. play with incentives. good money.

this is true...once i had to wait 3 solid hours to get a trip...it would be pure luck if i can a trip within an hour of waiting...
actually unlike uber ...grab does not practice queue system when it comes to trip allocation...

for grab the nearest driver to the rider or the driver who is coming to drop off will get the ping..
in uber the driver who is coming to drop off or secondly the one who entered the area first or only lastly the nearest one will get the ping if the other 2 are not available or reject the ping

so in uber it doesnt really matter where you are positioned while waiting...the rider can even stand next to you and request a ride but you may not get it
in grab it all matters where you are positioned...the nearest to the ktm or the bus station or mall will first get the ping even if he just came to that place and there are 10 more drivers waiting 2 hours nearby there

I just migrated to Grab after doing charity for Uber and totally disappointed on their system.

I cannot choose my rider and If I were not accept the Job, this will affect my AR.

And in worst case, where I am the only Uber driver driving in one large area and have to travel to ~ 20 Minutes away location just to pickup one customer that is traveling for 1-2 KM.

And the Uber incentive system is totally failed compared to Grab.

Totally wasted on Petrol and somemore received some bad rating.
