so their email should be correct JAN - JUNE.

btw this upgrade is by stages depend on location, so just wait for now. nothing u can do

i hv been working as telco vendor. here is my point of view.
if they got package upgrade, lots of things need to consider

- where to get the subsiber list that need to upgrade? for TM, seem like they can get from the upgrade form last time. from that, can get list of subscriber that will received the upgrade n which package they entitle to.

- since this is system based, they require a batch of processing to upgrade the subsriber package. from the list, they can upgrade batch by batch. if manually upgrade for each subscriber, i think their staff very got lots of works to do. lol, imagine 100k subs need to upgrade 1 by 1. so of cos they need to develop this kind of system if they dont hv that before.

- they also need to consider network congestion once upgraded, must carefully plan to avoid that. imagine in 1 apartment, all subs upgraded to 50/100mb packages, the bandwidth must be upgraded or must supported the minimal bandwidth for each subs, if not, once upgraded, u guys will bombarded the CS call n complaint about bad service. lol. upgrade to 100Mmb, yet just got same speed 50mb because of congestion/bottlenect at backbone bandwidth.
