Guys, anybody has received their TM Surprise? I chose for Jumbo Pack upgrade for 12months. It says will start on Febuary, but till now still cannot watch the extra channels. Is this normal? Do I need to chase TM for this free upgrade??

hello guys, sorry if this post at wrong place.

Just a quick question, i am planning to do conceal wiring for unifi (for future) since my area still dont have service. (landed house)
Below are the questions:-
1. Entry wall = house outside wall?
2. Where is the FWS normally placed? outside wall or near BTU?
3. What type of cable used between Entry Wall to FWS?
4. What type of cable used between FWS to BTU??
5. Are all the cabling after BTU uses RJ45? (except BTU to phone which is RJ12)

thanks kkm for the quick respond. Means for preparation, i just need to ensure i laid the fibre-optic cable from outside wall (can i pick where i want it to be??) to the location i plan to place my BTU?
