Anyone here already get their Unifi free speed upgrade? I have something suspicious about the TM billing. I was just get my free speed upgrade at 2 days ago. Now my speed is already 50mbps. However, I am now suspected that TM may increase my billing charges to RM249. I was previously paying RM179 per month.

Upon I login to my Unifi portal, my billing credit limit was increased to RM927. My current plan was changed to UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017), previously is UniFi Advance 30Mbps (Early bird promotion). When click into modify bundle, my payment was increased to RM249, previously is RM179 with RM20 discount monthly. I am now unsure my next month charges is RM179/mth or RM249/mth.

I was felt being cheated and submitted complaint to MCMC. Now I have to wait for their investigation.

Do you just restart or switch off modem for 10 minutes?
Please follow the SMS, switch off all your devices "BTU and router" for 10 minutes.
Take out your phone, then open timer app then set countdown 10 minutes.

I guess the upgrade process took few minutes. That's why TM ask us to switch off 10 minutes.
