Anyone with VDSL2 or live in high rise apartment got the upgrade?
Do I have to wait forever for speed upgrade? |

Huh I just chatted with TM and they said I am eligible for the 50 mbps free upgrade even though I live in high rise apartment, similar to what I got from the surprise website. At least I'm clear with that part, the only issue is how long do I have to wait.

I'm starting to doubt the result I got from thankyousurprise page. According to them I'm eligible for free upgrade but when I tried applying for new unifi plan, apparently the max speed for my apartment is limited to 30 mbps.
