all of sudden my unifi modem only LAN light is on. the rest are all off. unable to connect to internet since DSL light is also out. Anyone encountered this before?

I gave them a ring. They said no interruption or maintainance in my area. What did u do? Just sit back n wait for the line to be up?

Day 4, unifi still down. seems like i unable to get them to come and fix the problem. i am losing my patience.

It is only me and its definitely BTU problem. Damn it they making so easy job looks very hard. Come and replace BTU and settle. Been waiting now. On day 5.

ya. logged report to any channels that are available. i have tried live chat, tried calling, tried twitter everything. its either BTU or their network/port. because from what i am seeing now, no DSL light at BTU unit.
