I can confirm there will be no additional payment to the free upgrade. I received a SMS from TM yesterday, to remind me that the next month bill is ready. And the amount is exactly the same as before free upgrade.

no need to surprised. Nowadays those TM contractors are very rajin. Some of them may come even it's holidays. The TM contractors nowadays are much more efficient compared to last decade.
If you really worry about the 28 Feb due date, on the spot you should have grabbed the chance to ask that TM contractor directly about it lah. But I guess he's gone now right?
