this is the old method...circa <2015
new method is from TM pole box, black fiber cable --> FWS, white flexi cable --> BTU.

save cost on FTB and the small white fiber cable.
less 1 interface as well so can get better SNR.
maybe easier to get 1Gbps connection in future as well flex.gif

can set the original TM router to bridge mode and let the Airport extreme handle the rest also right?
