get the OBD II bluetooth connector off Ebay - its like RM50 or less from China. Connect it and get the error code. Then google the error code. Never listen to wannabe 'sifus' from this forum. The error code is what matters, but looks like you have already got damage. Tow it to VW authorised dealer, and claim under warranty. VWs are too complex to be touched by anyone other than someone equipped with a very expensive diagnostic tool from VW. Something anyone buying a VW should know........

QUOTE(Ginny88 @ Jan 26 2017, 08:58 PM) What can he do with the error code? He still need to bring to workshop to fix. So may as well take to workshop now and let them diagnose the error. Since the car is no longer under warranty take to outside VW specialist instead of wasting time here listening to half-baked advice about buying an OBDII reader. Error code generated from an OBD II reader and advice from a respected owner's forum - i.e. VW Owners Europe will yield better results than the wild guesses half-baked sifus. Based on my observation, 90% of 'advice' from 'sifus' here are actually inaccurate. Makes me wonder why you'd defend the like.......
