Not sure if they will cut pricing of the whole MBP lineup, or just 13" without touch bar as mentioned in the article.

If you are willing to wait for 14nm optimised Kaby Lake, I would rather hold on a bit longer for the die shrink 10nm Cannon Lake with more significant improvements.
