If can get 50mbps or close to it then TM is out of the picture. Need to look into your wifi and router. What router are you using?

Wifi can be pain sometimes. So many variables. Here's a speedtest that I use to highlight this. UniFi100, test done same place, same time.

Same here, I checked twice via OCC in Feb and March and was told being done in stages from March to June. Today checked again via 100 and was told the same thing.

Mahkota Cheras & Sungai Long still no free upgrade yet. I checked with around 15 ppl around here. For landed, not sure about condos. 100 now says September for me.

Anyone from these areas, is it the same for you?

Yeah, teruklah, wait until neck long. Back in May, I see TM laying cables of some sort with red conduits along the main road from the highway all the way into Sg Long. Lay finish but until now can still see the ends of the conduits sticking out of the road side. I wonder if that has something to do with the delay.

Good for you. I've refrained from contacting MCMC so far but it seems no choice when dealing with TM. You don't complain, they just take you for granted.

Dun worry, every year got September. I bet next September you already have your upgrade.

Seems like some people getting response from TM that it's now October.

It's a bit morbid but true. While the houses in my street awaits our free upgrade, one of my neighbours passes away.

Update:
Good news! For those who still haven't got their free upgrade. I've received confirmation that it will be done in December of 2017 not 2018.

First time I hear about a reference number. In my case, I didn't get any email after I registered for thankyousurprise so no ref number for me. I enquire at live chat every month and they've never asked for one either.
