yup, streamyx will be effected more actually....those 3 sucks selection doesn't suit at all....they should offer discount up too (value) to give and plus plus surprise gift. the best only for unifi vip10,vip20,adv30 and adv50.

So I'm eligible to go from 30 to 50mbps without extra charge.

But how long does my speed upgrade last before they revert me back to 30mbps??

Streamyx users, why don't you cancel your internet then get unifi 10mbps? Then you'll get upgraded for free to 30mbps. The faq says can get free upgrade as long as subscribe by 28th February 2017.

I thought they will upgrade by phase .. received email but not sure is it upgraded on the same time.

Based on TM faq

Register
Receive emails that u qualify for upgrade but in batch
Receive emails /SMS to off your modem and router for 10 min
On back modem and router and upgrade is complete
