Taman Bukit Permata, Batu Caves
Finally gotten the free upgrade to 100 from 50 just now, the TM fella even came to give me a new router. http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/details...cher-C1200.html He didn't swap the router as he saw I am not using the old one they gave years ago, he then did a speed test. Despite the router I have is capable of getting full speed, he still let me keep the new one. Free repeater  |

Appointment made for the morning slot, came at 4pm. That's what I call world class service. Replaced only the router with Archer C1200.

Got text yesterday, now upgraded.
Switched off as the text said, turn back on and speed tests say around 40 down/20 up... no 50  Need to do some testing, but this was plugged in to router via LAN cable... |

Upgraded last Saturday. Sunday got txt from TM saying we are working to rectify the Unifi installation. Apparently something to do with my hypptv id not accessible (never used for the last 7 years). Now stuck at 50 until they resolve the issue.
Oh and they gave me a TP-Link 1200 Archer. Not replacing my ASUS router though. This post has been edited by takr: Jun 6 2017, 10:07 AM |
