Dear all sifu, recently saw FB post about Scanaria landed selling at 1.9mil, been thinking whether it's a worth buy.

Paid a visit to the landed unit and it's really nice with good furnishing. However, location wise is the downside.

Would like to hear from all sifu here....thank you thank you.....
