Hmmm, then is possible owner bought back the unit by using a proxy maybe. That's the only logical explanation someone wanting to buy at 700k.

That's why as mention previously. Only explanation is owner the one buying back the unit by using other ppl name.
Coz if they used back their name, of course not able to get loan approval due to CCRIS already tarnished by not paying the current loan installment.

Size 1238sqft.

From 567K, sold at 620K.
