i have purchase a smart phone from lazada dec27 but at the end cancel because of missing. may i know how many of you guys have dealing with LAZADA before? i am really disapointed with them

Try and error, if its cheap and they willing to settle in case of missing/lost, I don't mind take risk and waste time for refund.

usually i only buy from 4 star local and above dealer,other than that its like a gamble,

bought 1 cheap mechanical keyboard from lazada end up they give me refurbished unit

and it took 3 weeks to get it (local dealer)

some rules that i would do before purchasing on lazada (in fact, on many other sites too) :
1. check the seller if they are reputable or not. the rating isn't always reliable because if only one person rate 5 star, then that seller will be a 5 star seller, even if he has bad reputation
2. only buy items with immediate stock and not with "shipped from other country" tags
3. always, always do COD
4. if it's the price is too good to be true, it probably is. best to check on other sites to see if anyone else is selling at the same price. if not, then it could be fake or scam and not worth risking

want to ask ur opinion, i recently check 1 phone-lenovo vibe p1 turbo, market price rm1,099 and normally sales price range from 850-900(lelong,lazada),and now i found rm799.the seller is 4star local seller from lazada, if u are me, will u go for it?

i always buy from LAZADA. latest is iPhone 7. i only buy from LAZADA as seller. not any third party company even rated as 5 star.

choose the correct seller will be fine.

I have a feeling that rm799 is the imported version? Which has its own separate reason to not order

Anyway, I won't order. Even lyn seller is more trustable (if you know where to find a good seller)

bought many phones, all received with good condition

skynet lost it....i trace from the beginning but at the end they claim lost

So it's skynet's fault. U buy from reputable lazada seller also they might ship using skynet. Haihh skynet got so many bad reviews.
