but i thought store credit shouldnt have any terms or conditions?

happened to me also. what i did was call them and ask to sort it out. they will ask to try again after 24 hour. if also cannot, just call them again and ask for other options

they will then check ur voucher has even been applied or not. if not at all since the given date, they will offer to change the refund to "payment method". which in my case was online banking and proceed to ask for bank number, ic number and full name. all is done on the phone. later they sent an email stating refund is being initiated. the store credit will be canceled

called lazada on sunday, today just now the refund got masuk. same amount as the initial store credit

im very sure im not the first case, but to others who get store credit but want to get bank transfer instead, can do like what i did

also, the free shipping prodiet 3 x 1.5kg cat food is a pretty nice deal for cat lovers. i bought 1 for my cat because normal price is rm15-rm16 in supermarkets. with today's free shipping its around rm10 per bag, not to mention can get 6% shopback (rm2.78). sadly cant use the EZBACK2SHOPMYLACGTD or EZBACK2SHOPMY3FTKF9 code on it

last sunday i called lazada to report that i received email for store credit but my item already sampai. lazada said the china item sampai out of given date (1 day late) so they assume its a refund

so technically if this happens to any of u guys, the courier is suppose to absorb the damage as lazada will penalise the courier. the refund is yours to keep

but lazada CS asked whether i want to keep the item or send back. if send back then can use store credit, if not then technically the store credit it not ours to keep

the SC was surprised when i said i want to cancel the store credit. he said thanks again and again

but mainly to me, i just feel like its wrong and wanna build good reputation so that later if got case big case, thy will give better sorry vouchers. haha

haha yes but the item was very good and if i bought from lelong it would've cost extra rm20++. so quite happy edi


i doubt they keep track of our complains or cases but as of now lazada has been very benefial to me. after this if got more store credit come in, i might just use it. compensate for lack of fireworks. haha

so sad now, lazada gave email say "We're Late and We're Sorry" item suppose to arrive 11-15 Feb called on 17-19 Feb they say sorry latest 23rb Feb should arrive

asked for sorry voucher, they said this is courier (LEX) problem. i think i'll just stop ppl from buying stuff from lazada from now on. i've been very good with them, but give treatment like this

order 6 items - 1 arrive, 1 never arrive, 4 wrong tracking number with 20th final day to arrive if according to their promise

but i think u can ask for full refund as the advertising is very vague and can even say false advertising
