if those contests involved slogans, then it's not surprising. I've seen it before how one person (usually uncles/aunties) could write beautiful slogans and win it many times.

He wins a contest, he then invest a good amount of range in the next contest using the winnings.

If the contest is based on the many entrant and proof of purchase, then he will do so as such. If winning prize is rm10000 he will invest in rm7000-8000 on the proof of purchase.
