I am not a buyer here and no plan to buy. Just kpc only.
How EW handle this will determine if I am going invest in a EW home in the future.

For existing EM buyers, as long as it is not VP it is not considered as final product.
Just wait for house to be VP and determine the next steps lor.
In the meantime buyers should organize themselves be it in fb group or whatsapp group and be ready to negotiate as a group rather than as an individual.
I have nothing more to say.

i am surprised that EW is not taking proactive actions to communicate to the buyers since they are aware of the expectations.. it leaves the issue open for so long and everyone is making their own guess.  Remain silent while continue paying with its brand's goodwill doesnt look like a good strategy.

well, i would say most ppl who have visit EM will say nice.... close to 600K for such environment in KV its limited... only prob its the distance and fight for traffic for those work in KL / PJ

Nice pics; yeah grass for common areas better not be cow grass... in fact, the grass outside of the fence within the house plot (adjacent to the car porch) should be carpet grass as well (though this may seem like a far-fetched wishful thinking)...

Yes boss, u r right. Tis is the question I voice up to EM. How r they going to ensure all buyers will happy since they plant diff type of tree? Diff ppl diff expectation. Some more internal buyers area get nicer tree. External buyers sure will unhappy. Then ppl will start talking EM double standard.
Actly I voice up this issue to them I consider is good to EM management if wiling take more serious attention. I foreseen future buyers will unhappy as well if they continue practice tis. By the way, look like they only finding excuse to ....  

I personally think that landscaping could be different a bit to add more varieties and the attractiveness (and I welcome so) but it will be difficult to convince the buyers that they are all treated fairly.

Hehe... when your Cradleton VP, you pretend as non-owner who looks for subsale - see whether the guard let you in or not. If they do, kick their ass!

Cradleton water features roundabout was actually considered as upgrade. So thanks for all buyers raised to have roundabout according to booklet earlier.

Cradleton backlane only shrubs. They were saying not possible for trees and etc. Reason we already know, sewerage piping are at the back (for Cradleton).
However, landscape and facilities within Cradleton I assume above average. Hence, I rest my case for backlane.
EW apps provide residents services like school bus, house cleaning, newspaper, TM, Astro and etc.

Most of the application including apply for new vehicle tag, submit renovation application and so on can be done with the app.

Yes, overall good.
Cradleton got some very good value upgrades.

Backlane still gone but at least they made it at the side lane.
Side lane I think above average, above my expectations.

Good features and facilities. Nice soft floor mat, nice playground and facilities... Nice entrance roundabout and entrance driveway landscape at both sides. Nice management office behind guard house. Intercoms. Double boom-gate. CCTV 10ft height perimeter fencing.

Cradleton in whole, I would rate it above average. A value buy. Don't feel so low specs anymore.

Actually whats the point having many guards ? If the front gate manage well and on duty guard alert enough theres no such need having 8 guards at 1 shift.  Its a gated residential area right... what you guys think ?
