i still remember the first time i went to em
they are having some event that day
me and my wife walk in, asked some SA which precint available..
they said left 2C, 2D, 2F only
so we went to look at sample house 2F
then went back to gallery and choose unit and pay deposit
we didnt ask anything and SA also didnt say anything ( about landscape , cow grass , etc etc )

but when i heard about how nice is carpet grass vs cow grass ... i was sad
i was like being cheated by em ...
and i thought ive paid double the price of a semi d and im suppose to get carpet grass and not cow grass ...

but when i think back ... em didnt lie to me
only i have high expectation .... since i thought i paid double the normal semi d price and im ought to have best products ...
this is totally unfair to developer ... in this case ... em

so i suggest that u guys.... just ask you SA if got doubts
dont complain here and didnt take any actions
unless... u r fake buyer .... which only wanna kakacaucau

For me, personal point of view.
The door provided are usually nice.

I raise hand to support if they enforce the policy for main door grill.

Look very strata from outside if all houses without grill outside and the door design match the theme well.

I know one other GNG housing estate stated that
main door cannot be changed, same with gate. gate can installed automative arms but cannot replaced the original gate.
can install main door grille, but must select one of the two designed from management. I think rear door you can whip yr fancy on grille patterns....but no extension allowed....only 2 designed of awnings allowed.

Bandar Utama developers never waited for anything. Same goes to Wangsa Maju with Alpha Angle.

No need to drive so fast. On a Sunday, no problem getting there in that time by driving slightly faster than speed limits. Try that on a weekday after-work peak hours, probably will cry in the jam. Easily more than 75 mins.

Commuting between EM to KL/PJ etc is an important topic, especially for those moving from other part of Klang Valley to EM.  It should be discussed with open minded.

It's not "they" hire... It's "we" hire le.
If we decided want one guard only, it is also our own decision.

Guard smart or not also depending on which agency/security company we appointed, what's the wage we willing to pay. Like Brother Jason and Sam said if we are hiring gurkha, we afford only 6 guards.

It all depends all we play. So.... Be more active as committee to get involve in every single discussion and decision making.
