Judge on the actual photos, the area reserve for parking space is quite generous. By the time we move in, the commercial should be ready to serve us.

The market is tough and those biz men that I know of remain cautious for 2017 and unconvinced that 2017 will be any significantly better. Just hope that the sentiments to get better and better.

3. back to school @ yead end promotion failed, 85% return rate this year
- normally back to school @ year end promo , supplier will put their products on all supermarket and unsold items will be return, normally about 40-50% return rate only
2017
1. depend on game play by new elected usa president
2. 2 elephants fighting ( usa and china ), we in middle being crushed kaw kaw
3. interest rate will go up

No matter how tough is the market, there are always peoples are still entering/trying. Life goes on. It just tougher, it doesn't stop.

I think the toughest challenge for EM at this moment is not able to present/showcase the customers group/profile and volume.

Buyers info doesn't seem convincing. In the end, how many are gonna stay in and when are they moving in? Nobody can tell.

Noted of your expectation. I'm equally excited seeing the precints esp Cradleton which is largely in shape. Let's see how it turns out as the handover date is getting closer and closer.
