I thought should be after developer fully leave the development.
Reason being they need to maintain the whole infrastructure of the development. And some legal issue if i am not mistaken.

Might not be as far as we thought. Before we realized, now KK are already under MBSA, everything still seem good to me. However, KK are less fancy when compare to EM to maintain, also i believe MBSA are rich than MPKJ (LOL, personal assumption based on no fact).

That is why as i know, as long as the developer is still there, there will be no JMB. The developer will maintain it until they leave the development, then only JMB form and follow by RA.
Commercial area to contribute? Very not likely ba.

In my experience; they will never do a good enough job (even with the huge sums collected).

In the end, the individual precints will have to join-effort in coming up with a joint-sinking fund in order to keep the township in a pristine condition... this is especially important for future market value of the township... of course a responsible developer will also contribute in whatever way for the sake of their brand-name...
