So, the road highlighted in red color plant nicer tree (second pic ) compare the road highlight in black color( third pic). My personal view. Maybe other buyers view third pic tree nicer.   
Do u think the guard very difficult to differentiate the areas if plant same tree?

1. sendiri build bungalow, 400-500 sqft min
2. hard to resell cause own styled bungalow ( not all want that style )

I believe my house are the lamp post roll with ZERO trees surrounded.
Left , right, front, back... Nothing, naked.
