How is the online player-base? With this being a multiplayer heavy game I'm afraid to buy it at full price without a healthy community

It's a Nintendo game, community is always healthy tbh. And you won't have a hard time finding people to play with.
I still play Splatoon on my Wii U and I still can join and play without any issues. Note, the game is already out like 2 years ago.

Thanks guys! I've never been to big into multiplayer games on Nintendo hardware. Looks like I'll be giving ARMS a shot.

Did you guys watch the video where Mr. Yabuki, Arms' producer, was playing against the winner of Arms invitational? I never thought this game would be that intense and exciting! Mr. Yabuki is the boss of Arms, fuuuuhhhhh..

The game is really good. Very simple, yet requires a lot of skills to outmaneuver and etc. I'm hoping people will still play it a lot as they are now when Splatoon 2 comes out. Interesting to see that Nintendo is focusing on online multiplayer games for once. Maybe to justify people to get the online sub next year.

Needed to make it attractive when they launch pay service next year.
To be honest, I doubted ARMS would be a game I would purchase but now it's so addictive. Moving next is ranking mode.

Tagged along with my friend who knew the owner of an infamous gameshop haha. Shows that's they can be pretty nice too.
I would have gotten it digital anyway. The 225 offer above isn't bad as well.

Currently digital will be more costly when compared to hardcopy as you could get it for RM259.
59.99 USD after conversion will be slightly more expensive with the current conversion rate.
I got the digital version as I'm lazy to change game card.

Yeah. I do hope Nintendo will have some sales soon.
ARMs is pretty much the only physical game I have outside of 1-2 switch.
I purchase the rest digitally too(zelda, Mario cart, etc) coz I'm lazy to change cards.
