Arms Nintendo Direct set for May 17

The Direct seals the deal for me. I'm not a big fighting game fan but this one will definitely be different unlike most fighting games with a bunch of combo combinations and shit lol. Gonna be fun, and the free dlc update makes the deal even sweeter.

Yeah both this and Splatoon a must buy for me. Can't wait tbh.

Motion controls is the way to go apparently.
Few friends in the UK managed to try it a few months back, and they really enjoyed the game with motion controls.

I played like 2 sessions.. the first one was really fun and the 2nd one was starting to get addictive for me, and that's only one part of the mode they give us access to. I'm already sold tbh.. I love it, and my love for Ramen Girl grows, until they release booty girl lol. Love the ramram side punch combo with the giant yellow megawatt arms.



Lobby system is weird, like people get seperated and play 1v1, 2v2, triple threat , volley ball match and etc.. sometimes you have to wait for some to finish and it does a 2v2 match or you play just normal 1v1 match and etc.. while waiting you can actually train with some target practice which is instantly, and no loading, awesome.

This was the best moment for me, some japanese team mate combo with me for power up finish. Epic.

I really hate the volleyball game, because I really suck at it. Need some more practice.

7 difficulties.. 6-7 is x_x for now

Nah I play with joycons on handheld mode mostly.
At some point i'll play with motion controls I guess, for exercise haha.

6-7 still giving me problems lol. Playing with online people is a lot easier than with AI lol. Just because of the last boss tho lol.

It's best to collect until at least 100 then you can start buying arms.
20 coins is not worth it. You get like 1 arms, also a slim chance of getting max 2 arms.
For 100 coins.. you'll get at least around 6 arms or more.

Oh you can aim for the highest one then 200 coins. That will give you a lot of time to grab a lot of arms.. More than 10.

It's a Nintendo game, community is always healthy tbh. And you won't have a hard time finding people to play with.
I still play Splatoon on my Wii U and I still can join and play without any issues. Note, the game is already out like 2 years ago.

The game is really good. Very simple, yet requires a lot of skills to outmaneuver and etc. I'm hoping people will still play it a lot as they are now when Splatoon 2 comes out. Interesting to see that Nintendo is focusing on online multiplayer games for once. Maybe to justify people to get the online sub next year.

Can't wait to test him out

I hope there is more stuff so i would keep playing. Maybe they'll add new characters and some new mods, that would be fun. For now gonna play Splatoon 2.
