Personally I think If needs to format first very troublesome, because after u get back the machine u still need to set up all the things all over again.

But if no need to format, and if they need to ask for ur login password before they can repair ur system. It will be dangerous too if u have anything confidential in the system.

yup.. this is true, as 2016MBPwTB the battery life is quite low actually... I'm using only with Outlook, Safari, Office, and some chat app.. the counter shows 3-4 hour of usage only..

the kabe lake 13-inch MBP is having new graphic card as well.

i also feel that recently my macbook is slowing especially while using the firefox web browser. 

My rMBP again suffers from "Staingate" issue on the screen

Already made a previous claim last year and changed the whole screen, now seem to happen again. Dunno whether this time can claim again or not
