Just got myself the latest mbp. Wanna ask u guys

(1) do u install any Antivirus or is it necessary to do so?

(2) i notice that when i click on the wifi icon at the status bar. Saw the connection keeps switching between "looking for network" and "wifi on". Is it normal or defective part?

but if its like what you mentioned just now, automatically down 60-70degree, even lowest end of laptops also wont have this problem.

Better check with them first.

Personally I think If needs to format first very troublesome, because after u get back the machine u still need to set up all the things all over again.

But if no need to format, and if they need to ask for ur login password before they can repair ur system. It will be dangerous too if u have anything confidential in the system.

If no need to format, and they dun need ur password, it should be ok that u just enable the hardiest encryption before passing to them.

yup.. this is true, as 2016MBPwTB the battery life is quite low actually... I'm using only with Outlook, Safari, Office, and some chat app.. the counter shows 3-4 hour of usage only..
*
That is very bad battery consumption. Mine similar usage on mbp w/o tb can reach 8-9h based on counter

Already made a previous claim last year and changed the whole screen, now seem to happen again. Dunno whether this time can claim again or not
