I wonder if this charger is able to charge the MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar at all? If it can charge, albeit at a slower speed, I can actually still consider it. hmm.gif

So far in this thread, nobody complained about flex gate yet, IIANM. For keyboard issue, I think only 1 forumer complained.

Therefore, the issue isn't as widespread as what the media is touting.

Also, from the iFixit breakdown, it seems that Apple has improved the display ribbon cable by making it longer or something. This would solve the flex gate (I hope).

I would certainly recommend going for the MacBook Pro 15" instead.

You will notice a significant performance difference as the i7 is Quad Core, versus the i5 Dual Core on the MacBook Pro 13"

Remember to check the Battery Cycle Count in System Report. If there are too many cycles already, you may need to get the battery changed pretty soon.
