How was the ride? I wanted to join but rained whole day on that sunday

Superb ride, plenty of badly maintained roads and a chance to go see 'sleepier' towns. But the ride was punishing as I rode out from Bandar Utama, met up at Subang Jaya before heading to Jenjarom. There was plenty of headwinds that day too so I had to dig deep for the 92km route.

Bandar Utama ride, 6th May 2017

Gravel ride in Putrajaya Wetlands (XC type trail, 15~20km), 20th May 2017

Surface type: 90% dirt & gravel, 8% tarmac, 2% possible shallow water.
Difficulty: Generally easy-moderate; some inclines and declines
Recommended bikes: Anything except road-bikes unless you enjoy patching punctures.

Have a great feel for some trail and gravel riding under trees and bridges around Putrajaya's wetlands. It's a very safe route that rewards all types of riding discipline. You'll be rewarded with fresh air, nature all around and adventure.

We'll gather at 7:30am in the morning at Pusat Rekreasi Air Putrajaya and depart by 8.00am

What to bring:
Your bike
Helmet (compulsory!)
2 litres of water
slippers (optional as the path may or may not fill with water)
Sunscreen (it will still get sunny around 10am onward
Sunglasses (optional)

Mansion 1969, 3rd Sept 2017

After numerous attempts at Jenjarom, I am trying a different route to get there. We ride thru' Kesas, exit at Jalan Langat, thru' Jalan Klang Banting passing many, many 'tamans' and finally to Jenjarom. Mansion 1969, a nice looking place, is along Jln Klang Banting where we can re-fuel.

For the ride back, we go thru' Rimbayu & Ecoworld and Kota Kemuning. See even the title of the ride has nothing to do with Jenjarom, that should break the jinx. 016-3733865 is my number

Spin to Sunway PJS 7 - Taman Medan - Kinrara / Puchong, 6th Sept 2017

Another after peak hour, mid-morning spin to urban areas in Petaling Jaya. We will start from Tmn. Mayang Jaya and head towards Sunway PJS 7 via the LDP. We will ride through PJS 7 housing area, find the steel bridge linking PJS 7 & Taman Medan.

Riding through Tmn. Medan and crossing the Klang river to Kinrara where we will meet Samson, a fellow PJBM rider, at Mimi Nguyen Cafe. After something to eat, he will lead us towards some nice hills around Puchong. From Puchong we head towards Sunway and back to Tmn. Mayang Jaya.

Ride4Autism, Subang Jaya, 16th Sept 2017

This Malaysia Day, we ride with many others to raise awareness of autism. We did one recce ride with them last month and it was fun and enjoyable.

Mid - Week Ride to Shah Alam Botanical Park, 27th Dec 2017

i used to ride with the Trek guys weekly but haven't ride in the last 6 months, was looking for start back. maybe i'll join u one of these days, i'm staying in SS2
