And funniest banking apps are by Bank Islam
I am not sure why the developer combine some religious apps together with banking apps. Compass apps + banking apps? Doesnt feel secure at all .

QUOTE(adele123 @ Jan 17 2017, 06:27 PM) voted hong leong bank... seems to have everything i need... maybank has plenty of functionality but some stupidity here and there. Agreed. I've used Hong Leong, Maybank and Citibank. Maybank probably has the most functionality but the design, user interface and navigation are terrible. I don't understand why the login name is a long string of random number? Do Malaysians all have good memory? If you need to write down your user ID some where, this could be another security risk.

Maybank>CIMB>PBE>RHB>SCB
Seriously if there's award for the worst online banking interface the winner goes to scb, their new revamped interface takes the cake. used to be the best then they started to simplified.. lose out alot of essential features. E.g sum up all the total amout across all your account for ease of use. PBE despite being simple its still intuitive and everything is easy to reach.. bloody hell SCB wants you to hover over a tab so that they can throw in a long list of features floating.. they should just fire their IT contractor for this.. anyway, i'm slowly moving out all my money from this bank. Complained few times but still ignored and tell me they're not going to give back the old interface.

Strange, my login name is my name .. not a number I thought when you first sign up your login is ATM card number and you can change it afterwards?

I only used 2 but it will be
1. Maybank 2. CIMB
Maybank app is pretty good. You can approve a transaction with just a fingerprint instead of tac.

I have only used two: CIMB and Public Bank.
Personally, I prefer CIMB over Public Bank when it comes to online banking.

QUOTE(Kesh1018 @ Jan 12 2017, 05:27 PM) You should remove Affin, you've have never seen an online banking that's made in the 1990's until you view Affin's. Can post pic?

Hong leong was my preferred in term of mobile app. Transferring money using their shortcut is just fast and neat. Maybank is good but nothing special. Pbb is like dont bother to update their app. Stay the same with yesteryear reso. Ambank ? The last time i use it was last year , seems like mirc era app and i deleted it. Not sure they updated it now or not. Rhb constantly updating their app but stop using it nothing special as well.

I like Maybanks finger print scanner for the app. I hope CIMB will implement it as well.

I have internet banking with CIMB, Public, OCBC and StanChart.
User interface wise, Public looks outdated, just like their branches. The other three looks good and modern.
Ease of use wise, CIMB is a little quirky and a new user would need to click here and there to explore and learn how to get things done. Whereas Public, StanChart and OCBC are straightforward in navigation and intuitive to use. OCBC is the best in this aspect.
Security wise, I like that Public and CIMB require 2 factor authentication (2FA) for all payments and fund transfers, thereby increasing security. OCBC and StanChart only require 2FA when setting up new funds transfer payees and billing payees. Thereafter you don't need 2FA when doing transfers and payments. However OCBC is the only one that requires 2FA for logging in to the internet banking site.
My vote of best overall internet banking experience among this four goes to OCBC.
