I have only used a couple of online banking services and so far they are pretty good, but what about you guys? Which bank in your opinion and experience do you think is the best for online banking? Of course, a few factors need to be thought of such as :-
- Security - User-friendliness - Speed - Customer Service - User Functionality (do you have good control of your account, statements, receipts, applications, etc) - Banking Coverage (as in the ability to widely cover all sorts of payments, transactions, etc)
Probably also good to factor in these factors :-
- Banking App (do they have an app and is just as good?) - Ease of Registration - Wide and Helpful FAQ - I dunno...what else ah
I might have missed out some banks, but this should be the general list.

Hong Leong Bank. Definitely the best I've tried compared to Maybank, Citibank, Public Bank and CIMB Clicks.

You should remove Affin, you've have never seen an online banking that's made in the 1990's until you view Affin's.

My preference:
1)HSBC (Layout easier to navigate) 2)Maybank (Websites sometime not responsive, laggy at times) 3)Public Bank (Laggy and slow. Very hard to search for settings)

QUOTE(dark90 @ Jan 11 2017, 03:33 PM) maybank by miles, citi and hsbc comes close. cimb is shiat. One thing I hate about Maybank2u. Transaction details shown are very sparse. There's not even time for when the transaction was performed (there's only date), beneficiary or sender account number and their bank name (for IBG) This post has been edited by FourZeroFour: Jan 14 2017, 07:26 PM

1. Cimb 2. Maybank 3. RHB -> still shit after UI revamp. so troublesome to view transaction history and difficult to perform IBG.
