Bought some XiaoMi stuffs on Lazada and the seller is using GD Express. Never had to deal before.

Item was posted from Puchong on Monday even though I made the transaction on Saturday. Last year XiaoMi used PosLaju, my stuffs usually arrive in 2 days max.

Sometimes I bought stuffs from out of town like Ipoh via poslaju, yet they only take 2 days max.

This morning which is the 3rd day, a guy from GDex called and said that they will send it by 2pm.
My little sister's school finishes at 1:50 mind you but I said fine.
2pm went by and my package still wasnt here. I called the branch and he said he will check on the delivery guy and get back to me.
15mins went by and no news. In the end the parcel arrived at 2:30.
Really hopeless and I found out that it's Lazada that uses Gdex so there is no option for consumers.
