bought some item from lazada
waiting since last week i just check gdex website 07/01/2017 19:59:19 Undelivered due to UTCD - Late Linehaul Arrival ( what is the meaning of this) call them 03-77876677 since yesterday nobody pick it up any solution? gdex always like this? nobody ring me or ring my door bell. |

gdex also fuck up my delivery
they simply change my status to OC.. ( over counter ) i didnt even ask for self collect.. let alone place any call to them. |

Gdex sux shit, got 1 case few days back..gdex staff stole customer iphone,they repack it and post faulty mouse instead.

gdex usually like this one, i bought my sis s7e in lazada and the seller posted with GDEX, gotta to say, its one of the slowest and unresponsive courier there is...
Item posted 28th Dec, check online still with the status 'Outbound to hub', called em few times and no answer, finally on 31th Dec, i personally go down to their office and asked status for my parcel, and walla, its already there since 29th Dec yet no delivery done.. Poslaju way better |

last week i missed 1 gdex delivery, they left 'sorry' card
called them and arrange 4 next day 2nd delivery 2nd day they call me and say cum at 1pm, manatau 5pm oni arrive knn make me sit and stare at cctv 4 so long |
