But GDEX is really being famous for offering sub par service, you should thank god if your phone ever getting pickup & answer. When I was with them I'm having tough time to even request for pickup as phone forever left unanswered. Then I try their online request pickup. Placed my request, next day parcel was there, and I check their online status, it shown parcel had been picked up, awesome.

I'm with Citylink now. Never fail answering my pickup request, never failed to pick up on the same day, almost always deliver the following day. Top notch. Rate can be bit pricey though.

Item was posted from Puchong on Monday even though I made the transaction on Saturday. Last year XiaoMi used PosLaju, my stuffs usually arrive in 2 days max.

Sometimes I bought stuffs from out of town like Ipoh via poslaju, yet they only take 2 days max.
