if can see the serial number, then the staff have to accept.
if the serial number no more/damaged, then they have the right to refuse the bank note.

never encountered this before.

what i knew is:
1. cannot write/draw anything on agong face;
2. the serial number must be there.

other than these, even my bank notes koyak into half the cashier still accepts it.

if im you i will just go those supermarket like jusco/tesco buy something with the bank note saja, normally they wont be too strict for this.
