Hi TS, i just put a DP on a 480K house. Developer said all spa, legal and stampduty cover for developer side.

I was told that i only need pay to bank legal, stamp annd etc.( Bank side )

How much am i looking at to pay? Or is it included with the loan amount cos now waiting loan approval and as far i know now, mrta is already included in the loan.

Thanks for the reply. Should my loan needed a 2nd name to support but i do not have any, am i able to get my dad to be a guarantor or needed him to be as part of the loan taker? Cos i will be taking only 80% loan and this is my 2nd home and worry DSR would be high.
