Hi guys, just now I have changed from Prepaid to Postpaid Infinite 150 through DiGi online. The thing is the system don't even ask me to pay anything and just give me this on the screen:



Is this normal? Because I changed my plan from PREpaid to POSTpaid Infinite 150.

They can't even switch from current plan to Infinite 150 fast enough (other telco can do it within minutes, DiGi need DAYS). Let alone delivering a new SIM.
