Bro..u also need to check ur fact..I'm using Celcom D68 plan and weo get HSDPA speed although advertised as 384kbps & no limit-lah..However for the past few weeks Celcom admitted that they are having problem and suppose to rectify by Today..haizz still slow till Today!....Avg getting 200-300kbps only compare to weeks bck whereby I'm getting 800kbps avg & max as per my siggy!
