I don't know how to say, just 1 thing that i know is Edge speed is average 128kbps. You are in telco line, you should know Edge is slower then 3G, how come you claimed that digi is faster than maxis or celcom. Maxis RM68 peak speed up to 384kbps

Regarding Limitation, i am using digi plan, celcom, and maxis, so far never found any limitation on DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD.
Lastly, EDGE, 3G and HSDPA, you still need to study more............

Forgot to mention something, just check definition of broadband, broadband mean the speed must be more than 384kbps.
