RM66 for Edge?? Better take maxis or celcom for HSDPA for only RM68. Hehehe....portable n also cheaper and faster.
*
check your fact before claiming anything silly/misleading other people.

Maxis RM68 peak speed up to 384kbps
Maxis RM78 peak speed up to 760kbps
Maxis RM98 peak speed up to 3.6Mbps-HSDPA

so it is not RM68 for Maxis HSPDA.....got it....

AND also limited to 3GB of data transmited are allowed (total from upload and download)

AND if you use more than 3GB your service will either be terminated or pay extra for the additional usage.

Celcom RM68 support up to 384kbps and is that HSPDA speed?

Celcom also limits usage of 5GB.

How slow is Digi Edge now?

Is maxis & celcom faster than digi edge with their RM68 plans?
-I do not think so......

AND DIGI EDGE is RM66 package and the truely UNLIMITED plan without any clause, be it if you download 21GB or more, Digi will say go ahead we will not do anything....smile.gif

Cheers.....

I am thinking of changing to Digi Edge as well, Just get my celcom HSDPA account terminated because of using too much >5G.

They never mention about 5GB limitation when i signed up. Then later they come out a new plan and apply the new term and condition for old subcription? Damn it!!!!
I need real unlimited Connection but not limited to 3GB or 5GB!!!!!!!!!! Come on! at least 50GB limitation. LOL!
*
yah, i wan to know also, did they terminate the service or you terminate on your own.....

cheers.

Using digi edge now at Tmn Melati, Setapak.

Signal still good even at level 17 (condominium) where Maxis 3G can't be reach. Height problem, sigh.

Connected at 460kbps, max download around 20kb/s

Using Nokia 6230 as modem.

don't believe in the connected speed, if it is true speed at 460kbps, divided by 8, you should be getting download speed of 56.5kbps...smile.gif

eddyann, the first one.

I'm on RM33 plan now. smile.gif

allenultra,

are you sure?

Principal data=RM66

then any additional supplimentary data line will be RM33.

Please double check.

Are you using sublime or are you holding the principal line?

Someone holding the principal line and I just sub under him.

So my fact will be right because I'm using it. I even register the EDGE package for him (my uncle) under my father company account.
*
so meaning that your principal have to pay RM66 for data then only supplementary can get RM33.

is it that way

or principal no need to subscribe to data rm66 and suplementary registar for the data and get RM33.
