Can't wait for Digi 3G & broadband 

I just subscribed to Edge yesterday.. yay.. so far it hasnt disappointed me.. and I installed Symtorrent on my Nokia 5800 tube and was able to download around 17-18kBps on default settings.. not bad! Anyway RM66 per month for a speed better than dialup and unlimited usage plus you can terminate anytime, is good service!
Go Digi!

P/S : I do have 2mbps screamyx line at home, but the Edge is useful when travelling etc.. esp Google Maps, mail, msn etc on the phone.. dont need to keep worrying about how many kbps has been used!

celcom BB here in penang is bad, slow and unreliable, streamyx here is much much better. lol.

huhuh.. i use nokia n70 as my modem.. i can see the Digi speed fluctuate in my Connection Manager menu. Mostly average:

Download 600kb
Upload 100kb

need help...my antivirus software cant update with my digi edge...some sort of dns error it wrote..cant anyone help?

Guys, I might be subscribing to DiGi EDGE because I'm a D' Campus user and I only need to pay RM 30 for one month unlimited usage. I've a few questions here and hoping someone could help to answer them.

I tried slotting in my DiGi SIM card and my area has full coverage of EDGE. So the maximum speed I can get? What about torrent? Can my MSN Messenger be connected using it? How about images or files uploading?

I'm sick of Celcom broadband. Expensive but unreliable. The upload speed is miserably little thus it makes me difficult to post on LYN and upload any images or attachments to my e-mail.

I'm hoping for positive outcome on DiGi EDGE. I don't mind slower speed but at least I know it is stable.

1) Digi got any coverage map for the edge data plan? How about the coverage in penang
2) Can use the HUAWEI E220 to connect to net?
3) The digi edge plan got data quote or really unlimited?

Honestly im regret subscribing DiGi bcuz not just about my area doesn't support EDGE, but it just not worth paying RM66 for 56kbps speed..haiz! 
Plus i cant get my money back, so gonna suffer this turtle until the end of the month! 
And gonna change to Celcom 3.6Mbps 

Celcom GPRS full speed is 82kbps. I dont know why Digi limit to 48kbps only.

Digi is the only telco using GSM1800 network. GSM1800 have bigger time slot than GSM900. If Celcom can push GPRS to the limit, why not Digi ?

Finally they activate the line for me. Using DiGi EDGE to post now.

Btw, i seems to having some problem registering the DiGi OCS.
I need to subscribe Autopay to have a RM5 rebate.

Owh, didn't know such things.

Btw, using webcam + browsing still acceptable. I love DiGi.
