My friend just subscribed to DiGi's unlimited data plan, which uses EDGE enabled phone to connect to the internet [his phone is 6230i, connected using usb cable]

Some questions I wanted to ask are[since I might getting EDGE, coz tmnut lazy to installs streamyx in my area ]:-
- How do I know I connected to EDGE and not GPRS?
- The speed sometime unstable, like suddenly 20kbps dl speed, then suddenly drops to 3kbps dl speed ?

Oh, btw, I live in Kch.

Last time, the DiGi's person here said as long the area got full signal bar, then that area got covered by EDGE? Is this true?..I'm confused T_T

my friend using it now..sometime can get 23k dl speed

but bad side is the upload speed is terrible, and always timed out when trying to upload an image file to imageshack or photobucket /sweats/

Kameshikarin: RM 99 is for the unlimited plan, RM 25 is only for 6MB data usage..uh..RM 33?..not sure
