Digi EDGE cannot torrent ah? then really waste...

anyone here got sub sim for data which cost rm33 per month? hows the speed for the sub sim?? i ask the agent, she told me the sub sim will be slower than the main line. issit true?
I test the speed for EDGE in one of the digi shop, i found that its slower in opening some of the web, but few other web load quite fast. maybe depend on the server?
anyway more confident with the EDGE rather than celcom as this few weeks lots of ppl complaining abt celcom ...

heard too many ppl complain abt celcom... thats why terminate celcom bb after one month use.. luckily during that period..not face much prob with celcom... but now wan to try edge..

This is what i get from the digi customer service:

max of 1 sup sim for unlimited plan, rm33 per month

With regards to your enquiry, please be informed that the principal line must be attached with any call plan so that you will be able to subscribe for supplementary sim data.

As asked, kindly be informed that speed of both lines will be the same as it's only depending on your coverage area.

I request to port my number from celcom to digi today! and apply for data unlimited service with supplementary line!.. now waiting for digi to approve my porting...cant wait to use my hp online with edge now!

at last my request for porting is successfuly...but my supplementary line still cant connect to edge using blue cube 3g modem.. may i know wats the num to be dial and apn is diginet? so anything i need to key in again?

cannot put blank lo..it will not accept... i tried *99# also cannot...sigh...but i tried my main line sim, it can run..after put in sup line sim, first half an hour can..then disconnect and cannt connect back anymore...wondering issit digi problem..

at last my supplementay line is running now! using it to online now too! the speed to open website quite fast except using bitcomet to dl movie a bit slow, about 5kb/s only..but if u dl few movie one go, total speed can get 10kb/s...even u only dl one movie, the speed still 5kb/s...so weird.. but using streamyx, sometimes can get up to 40kb/s-50kb/s..this is the downside only..anyway quite happy with it..but not very stable at nite..sometime the speed goes very slow..issit cos digi is upgrading their system?? cos i saw from their web saying nite time will have minor problem.. anyone have this problem? but day time run very smooth..

good idea to share the main line and sup line..but the pro is main line will have call plan and data plan together in one sim... unless u use hp as modem..or else a bit troublesome to take in and out into usb modem.. sup line only got data plan..so u need to carry another hp for ur call plan...got pro and con...

my digi edge is very constant..easy to connect too! not l ike last time celcom 3g...need take sometime to connect... quite satisfy with it cos its stable and no control speed after 5gb dl..hope it will maintance all the good thing it got

i like my digi more and more now! compare with celcom bb, although it is faster but really not stable..sometime can run so fast but sometime just stuck there...prefer stable and constant speed rather then a while in the sky then suddenly drop to the ground
