Well I've known a car engineering guy. He told me that our car oil engine can actually use up until 15k ~ 17k. So I know why honda say we can drive and not exceed 15k before services haha
*
He might be correct . But I can feel my car pick up very slow when the mileage exceed 10500km .... Test 2 times and it's proven .

will tht void warranty?

Don't think will void ur whole car warranty . Probably will void warranty on that stick itself . Make sure they didn't cut ur existing car wiring only

if you're referring to the h11 halogen low beam then yes...i also find it pretty dim compared to other cars. Thinking of replacing with a whiter halogen like phillips crystal vision
*
replace with Philips Extreme Vision H11 . then adjust the height little bit ....

Yeah, I also came across that ptan article too.
U also right. We seldom flash our high beam therefore may not be necessary.
I want something white, better visibility (night or heavy rain), longer durability and legal for my low beam.
But some say too white will greatly affect the visibility on heavy rain and the durability is shorter than stock.

These are the few i am considering and require more feedback from all of u sifu:
-Philips WhiteVision H11
-Philips CrystalVision H11
-Osram Night Breaker Unlimited H11

TQ!
*
Better visibility ? Can consider Philips xtreme vision ...using it for 2months,highly recommended . Osram also not bad , not that last long ....

Thanks for the feedback. I wonder how Philips Crystal Vision or Philips xtreme vision will perform in heavy rain coz my e spec doesnt come with a fog lights.
@boxer07: Are u referring to the Philips xtreme vision H11 (Asiapac) for the honda city low beam?
Thanks for the feedback. I will do more research on this.

Ya, true too. We can see further so can react sooner. Hence mayb considering thr Philips xtreme vision.

I think is better u bring it to the SC to check. My front brake got squeaking sound so i bring to SC to check. Found out was front brake pad worn out. Mileage was around 37,000km. Changed both front brake pads and skim both disc rotors.
*
Yes ,Philips Xtreme vision H11 . Adjust the height a little bit then it will be perfect . I feel so confident in highway during night time .

Sorry, i am abit noob in this coz first time planning to change.

Thanks for the feedback. I think i will try out Philips bulb this time round.
*

Hey guys, I was wondering when does Honda usually do promotion? I missed the one from last April and would like to plan for the next one. Thanks!
*
It's on going promotion . The most extra 1k

QUOTE(Suarez23 @ Apr 21 2017, 12:53 PM)
How does it compared with Michelin XM2? Booked my city E spec but the tires only 15/60/175. Thinking of changing it to 15/60/195 Michelin XM2.
*
Xm2 value for money and long lasting . Can last at least 70k km.but I only recommend ps3 or ps4 if want to use Michelin .xm2 is entry level tyre

The more I get used to the 2017 HU, the more I feel its a waste of Double DIN space. The functions are so limited and it dun even have CD/DVD slot. For something so big (its freakin DOUBLE DIN!), I was expecting a built-in HDD or something, but nope.

I guess we now know where the cost cutting went to keep the price same with all extra goodies.

Oh yeah, I got confirmation from maxevil that his handbrake bypass cable dun work with 2017 HU. Just great....
*
A better HU only cost RM2K ...so it's not a big deal . I would rather they give me a shitty hu and add in a paddle shift ...hu is jus ntg . Why u still want a DVD slot ? An USB or Spotify streaming will do for 2017 ...it's so convenience to pay rm22.90 for Spotify family and stream in car

My handbrake bypass inside drawer for 2yrs .. wasted. Lazy to install and it's just unnecessary to do so as well

That is true... but i dun wanna void warranty by replacing HU. They should at least give pre-FL V spec HU. With them ports at the bottom, its more useful
*
Void warranty for whole car just bcoz change hu? Are u sure ?

only void warranty for the existing hu ...
